1. Do you have a physical store?

Yes, you can find us at 4 physical stores in the Philippines:

  • Lower ground floor - Z Square Mall in Banawe Quezon City. (Studio visit is strictly by appointment)
  • Outside the Box pop-up booth at SM Aura - Upper Ground level
  • FRANKIE & FRIENDS Store in SM Aura 2/F - 26th Street, Corner McKinley Pkwy, Taguig, 1630 Metro Manila
  • FRANKIE & FRIENDS Store in R2 Level, Power Plant Mall Rockwell Center, Makati

We invite you to visit us and explore our range of products in person.

2. How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been processed, it typically takes 24–48 hours for your items to be shipped. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

3. Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes, you can request to change or cancel an order. However, please note that this is subject to approval. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
